Clean Your Piercings
After piercing your ears, it's normal to experience bleeding, inflammation, and soreness
Check below for tips on how to care for your new piercings
Don’t remove your jewelry during the healing period and avoid contact with dirty hand sorclothes.
Apply the Cleansing Solution to thefront and back of the studs 2-3 timesdaily until its fully healed.
Wash your hands with soap and makesure to dry your hands thoroughlybefore cleaning your piercing

Avoid sleeping on your piercing and applying excessive pressure to your piercing. Ensureyourbeddingisclean.
Avoid swimming until your piercing is fully healed. Cover the area with a water proof plaster if necessary
Don’t use any cleaning solution other than the one advised during the healing period,as it may be too abrasive.
Changing Your Piercing
Do not attempt to remove your pierced earrings until it’s fully healed. Healing time for earlobe piercing varies from 8-12 weeks.
Studex uses the butterfly back for the piercing jewelry. To change the jewelry:
Wash your hands and clean them thoroughly. Remove by pullingoff the back and sliding the front forward out of the pierced hole.
Clean out the area with either sterile saline/ our solution to ensure the piercing site is clean for the new jewelry.
Finally, ensure the new earrings are sterile. Rewash your hands and insert the new earring into the now-empty hole.
